The charity

How it is constituted.

EffectiveSC is a 501(c)(3) public charity, founded in 2009, registered in Golden, Colorado, and granted tax-exempt status in April 2010. Its EIN is 27-0901658, and its filings are public.

The wider circle

Behind them, a much larger room.

The bodies of work we hold carry their own communities. UX Magazine's archive holds more than a thousand bylined writers, researchers, and operators across twenty-two years, and its community is over 1.2 million people. AI First Principles names forty-seven contributors, and was reviewed by a co-author of the Agile Manifesto.

When the work needs expertise we do not have, these are the rooms we ask in.
